Our contact form is hosted through Netlify. When you submit an enquiry, the information is processed by our website server and sent through Resend for email delivery. The notification is received in our GLOBRIVEN business mailbox, contact@globriven.com, through Zoho Mail.

We do not currently store contact-form submissions in a separate application database. The enquiry is delivered as an email and may remain in our mailbox and in the service providers' systems according to their applicable retention and backup practices.

5. Service providers and sharing

We use trusted third-party providers to operate this website and handle enquiries:

• Netlify: website hosting, server processing and security protections.
• Resend: delivery of contact-form notification emails.
• Zoho Mail:receipt and management of business enquiry emails.

These providers process information as needed to provide their services. They may process information in locations outside India, depending on their infrastructure and service arrangements. Their respective privacy and security terms also apply.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or a valid legal request.

6. Retention of information

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage relevant business communications, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the enquiry and applicable requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information handled through our website. These include HTTPS encryption, server-side handling of email service credentials, and measures intended to limit automated or abusive submissions.
